Join IFCS from 5:30-9:00 pm on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at the Hyatt Regency DTC for An Evening of Raising the Roof to Prevent Homelessness and Hunger. The 2017 Nibbles and Sips Fine Food and Beverage Tasting Event is a great way to give back to your community while nibbling on tasty food options and sipping on refreshing beverages.

Back by popular demand, we will continue the Colorado Casual theme, so if you have them…dust off those boots and wear your best bling for this upscale social affair. Be part of one of the largest gala events in the South Metro area, drawing more than 600 local personalities and residents. The event’s goal is to raise funds for IFCS, the largest, non-sectarian social-services agency serving Englewood to Bennett (Western Arapahoe and Northern Douglas Counties).

At the event, you can sample more than 300 wines, spirits and beers from around the world, coupled with wonderful from local restaurants such as Piccolo’s, Azucar Bakery, Lora’s Donuts and Bakery, The RAV House, Hyatt Denver Tech Center, Whole Foods, Jim ‘N Nicks BBQ, Tico’s Mexican, Bolder Organic Ice Cream,  Alamo House, Volcan Asian Cuisine, Avalanche Grill, Lone Tree Grill, Bad Daddy Burger Bar with more joining in. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available.

It is truly one of the best feel-good charity events, where the community comes together to support those struggling to overcome societal obstacles; such as illness, domestic violence, homelessness, hunger, unemployment, and crime victimization. The evening includes inspirational speakers, our 2017 Honoree is St. Andrew United Methodist Church - Highlands Ranch.

The purpose for this evening is to bring the community together to raise money in support of IFCS’ Homeless & Hunger Prevention Programs. These programs aim to meet the basic human needs of shelter and food for those most in need. Together we can help those near us in the South Metro area, overcome trauma and tragedy in their lives. Everyone needs assistance at some point and we are proud to be a resource to provide respite. Please help restore hope, respect, and dignity into multiple generations of our community. This is a great event that brings together generous supporters and leaders for a fun evening of learning how they can assist IFCS’ year-round programs and services. We are neighbors helping neighbors and giving a hand-up to those struggling to make ends meet.

Last year, Nibbles and Sips event raised $187,000 through sponsorships, silent and live auctions and a paddle raiser. With your help, we hope to reach an important goal of $200,000 to continue to provide an immediate, positive impact on the working and unemployed poor seeking a sustainable life in our community.

Tickets are $80 and tables of 10 are $700. These ticket charges plus the generous contributions of our sponsors just cover the cost of providing this evening of entertainment. Your participation in our auction and your donations at this event will directly support our mission.
